Would you like to be in charge of a creative group of highly competent workers in a quick-paced, flexible setting where quality and time-to-market are crucial? Due to the expansion of our data division, we are currently seeking a Team Manager to join the Trading Technology team that is developing Markets Regulatory Reporting! In addition to being one of the biggest employers of IT in the Nordic region, SEB is a prominent financial services firm in northern Europe.  About the job? 
You will oversee and manage the Markets Regulatory Reporting development team in your capacity as team manager. Solution developers, system analysts, and test engineers make up the team's roles. It consists of two or three Scrum teams that operate on a single backlog. The systems that supply and support our regulatory business are developed and maintained by the MRR team. As a member of the management team for the department, you will collaborate closely with the business to ensure that the team provides timely, high-quality releases as part of our continuous delivery. Other duties included in the post are vendor management and IT security. 
Who are we looking for? 
In order to succeed in this position, you must be a determined, responsible leader who is always eager to learn new skills and cultivate close bonds with team members and the team's product owner. As an agile leader, you work closely with the team's scrum master to foster a collaborative environment where individuals can act on ideas, take on new challenges, and learn from one another. In addition to having excellent communication skills, being goal-oriented, passionate, and able to in still enthusiasm in others, you are a leader who can provide insightful performance evaluation to support the development of your team's competencies. 
You also have: 
+5 years of experience managing agile teams in a managerial capacity. You possess a technical background and have worked as a developer, test engineer, or in a related role with software development and data warehousing. proficiency with Scrum methods and artefacts; it would be advantageous if you also comprehend the SAFe framework. extensive English communication abilities. We think that as a person, you are interested, have an agile attitude, and are eager to grow, inspire, and help others. You enjoy order and have everything planned out and arranged. Having knowledge of or experience working with financial products and/or trading regulations is also advantageous but not necessary.
